Average Client Pricing Range: $600-$2,500 based on square footage

“No Drills, Only Frills” Decor Service

• Rooms that need help with singular items needed in your home such as: New Furniture Selection, Art, Accessories & Decor, Rugs, Reupholstering, Lighting Selections and Custom Made Furniture.

• Items that can easily be swapped out without needing a contractor are included in material sourcing, such as: lighting, bath accessories, cabinetry hardware, Kitchen Island Seating

• Material Sourcing includes soft goods such as Fabric, Wallcoverings / Wallpaper, Draperies & Window Coverings, Bedding, etc.

• This Design provides a 2D Floor Plan for Furniture Installation and Mood Board. For a more comprehensive design of your entire room with 3D, our RoomXRoom Design is best suited.

• We have a minimum opening order to purchase through our design firm, which includes Custom Made items. Otherwise, all product information is given for you to shop at 3rd Party sources and a Shopping list will be provided with links.

• Design Offerings are either in-person or virtual.

This is a Virtual Design Development Service.

It is available for any and all project types. Kitchen, Bath or Living Room projects to be designed as a whole room entity.

• Space plan & Elevations – A 2D floor plan of your room’s layout. Elevations for kitchens, baths, and built-ins.

• 3D model – Receive realistic 3D renderings of your designed space.

• Complimentary edits – If you would like to see anything changed in your design, there are two complimentary edits of your visual and/or product selections.

• Product List - with all material selections in the design presentation is provided with links to purchase on your own

• Installation Binder: All Designed information will be provided for all trades to be able to install your design.

• The above Design Offerings are virtual only.

Average Client Pricing Range : $1,300 - $3,300 per room

A full home renovation design service that encompasses all decisions except furniture selections. Primarily focuses on Kitchen, Bath & Multi-Room construction renovations.
